Lebron James was the talk of Twitter on Thursday night after the Miami Heat defeated the San Antonio Spurs in the NBA Finals Game 7.

The Miami Heat star has received a lot of love-hate attention from basketball fans for his personality and performance on and off of the basketball courts.

Here are what a few basketball fans said about Lebron James after the NBA Finals Game 7:

"I don't care if you say he's the best, the worst, a traitor, whatever. LeBron James puts in the work and gets results. End of story," said Eric Hunter.

"Not one time in his speech did Lebron James thank his teammates or anyone, but himself. #waytogoheat #barf," said Shey Thompson.

"Lebron James joins Bill Russell and Michael Jordan as only players to win back to back MVPs, NBA title and Finals MVP," said Gabe Rodriguez, Jr.

"Lebron James is a phenomenal athlete and if you spend the next 10 years being angry with him you'll miss true greatness," said Joe McGinley.

The Miami Heat defeated the San Antonio spurs 95-88 in Game 7 of the NBA Finals and won their second consecutive title.

Lebron James started to heat up in the third quarter. He scored 13 points in the quarter as the Heat took a 72-71 lead into the fourth quarter, Fox Sports reported.

Lebron James heated up from deep, hitting 5 of his 8 from beyond the arc entering the final quarter with 28 points. Shane Battier hit all four of his attempts from deep, the website also reports.
