A clip of BABYMONSTER Pharita is going viral, with people calling her out for her supposed lazy dancing.
BABYMONSTER recently concluded their first fan meeting around Asia. The girl group held fan meetings in five regions, such as Singapore, Japan, Thailand, Taiwan, and Indonesia.
Following the tour, several members went viral for their skills and visuals.
However, Pharita - who, along with Chiquita, is known as BABYMONSTER's "Little Lisas," is now facing controversy for her lack of energy when performing compared to her members.
During the fan meeting, besides performing songs from their debut mini-album "BABYMONS7ER," the girl group also performed songs from their YG Entertainment seniors.
One of their most anticipated performance is their 2NE1 mash-up cover.
Previously, the girl group performed this during their monthly evaluation on "Last Evaluation."
However, when performing the choreography, Pharita appeared considerably less enthusiastic than the other members. During a move when the members strongly throw their heads in a circle, Pharita appears not to perform the move with the same energy, simply shaking her head instead.

As soon as the clip of Pharita's dancing was posted online, it sparked many mixed reactions. Many had considered Pharita as one of Lisa's successors in the industry, with her top-tier visuals, voice, and dance skills, many were disappointed that this was the performance she showed fans.

Others noted that she is still a rookie, and rookies are often expected to perform with immense passion. Many expressed sadness that she was already acting "lazily" on stage despite being a newbie in the K-pop industry.
Her fans rushed to her defense, however. They claimed there was likely a medical reason why Pharita chose not to partake in the strong head-shaking choreography. It was pointed out that during all the fan meeting performances and even during "Knowing Bros," Pharita did not shake vigorously like the other members.
However, for the rest of the choreography, Pharita did not miss even a single movement. Therefore, fans suspect Pharita is likely showing signs of vestibular disease, which would prevent her from bowing and shaking her head vigorously.
