Taiwanese Singer-Songwriter Eric Chou Has Fans Laughing Following Interaction With Byun Woo Seok

Taiwanese singer-songwriter Eric Chou has gone viral for his interaction with "Lovely Runner" actor Byeon Woo Seok!

On June 16, Byeon Woo Seok attended Prada's Spring/Summer 2025 Menswear Fashion Show in Milan, Italy. Also in attendance was Taiwanese powerhouse Eric Chou, who is best known for his smash hits "Let's Not Be Friends Anymore" and "The Distance of Love."

The two stars met during the event, thanks to the playful attitude of Eric Chou's manager!

The singer's manager appeared to be a huge fan of the K-drama actor. Despite being starstruck, she approached Byeon Woo Seok and asked for a picture, right in front of Eric Chou! This prompted the singer to tease his manager.

He is heard telling Byeon Woo Seok, "I'm sorry for my manager. I don't know her!" Eric Chou's manager appeared shy following the interaction and reached out to Eric Chou with a hug after she snapped a photo with the "Lovely Runner" actor. She was all smiles!

Hilariously, after teasing his manager for asking for a photo with Byeon Woo Seok, Eric Chou did the exact same thing! After shaking Byeon Woo Seok's hand, Eric Chou can be heard sheepishly asking, "Can we get a photo?"

Who is Eric Chou?

Eric Chou is often dubbed as Taiwan's "King of the Lovelorn People" due to his affinity for heartbreak songs. He made his debut in August 2014 with the single "The Distance of Love," which was used as the ending theme song for the drama "The Way We Are." The song catapulted him to stardom.

Since March 2024, Eric Chou has resumed his "Odyssey~Journey World Tour." His next concerts are scheduled on August 24 in Tianjin and August 25 in Beijing, China.
