Kenya Moore Evicted: 'Real Housewives Of Atlanta' Star No Longer Has Household

Kenya Moore has been evicted. Kenya Moore has officially been evicted from the mansion she was renting in Roswell, Georgia. The "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star no longer has a household.

A Fulton County judge has ruled to evict Kenya Moore. The reality TV star failed to make a scheduled appearance in court on Tuesday to respond to her landlord's complaint.

The landlord alleged Kenya Moore, 42, was lacking $848 on her $3,999 rent for the month of May for her six-bedroom, six-bathroom mansion. Moore also allegedly defaulted on unspecified terms and conditions.

Thus, the judge ruled in favor of landlord Conya Weems-Dillon's complaint and pounded the gavel for Moore's eviction.

Yes, it looks like this Southern belle is really "Gone With The Wind"...except Moore can't go back to her plantation at Tara, Scarlett-style.

Moore's landlord said, "The decision to file this eviction notice regarding Ms. Moore was reached after pursuing every possible amicable way to settle this matter privately. I am grateful that the judicial system has brought finality to this eviction process and I look forward to regaining possession of my home."

Ouch.

Radar Online said that Kenya tried to countersue a few weeks ago, claiming wrongful eviction, emotional distress, and slander...but the judge dismissed that lawsuit.

Hint to Kenya: suing for wrongful eviction if one has been rightfully evicted - and for slander if it's because one really couldn't pony up the cash -might not be the wisest choice.
