In a preview for "The Return of Superman," a hilarious and wholesome moment involving Wonyoung has made rounds on social media. The "HEYA" singer went viral across platforms for her reaction after being called "Auntie" by a little girl!

On July 16, DIVEs shared their thoughts on social media platform X (Twitter) about IVE's upcoming guest appearance at "The Return of Superman." According to the fun preview, the girls were shown to be enjoying their time with the kids by interacting and playing with them!

However, in one particular moment, Wonyoung introduces herself to Jam Jam and asks if she knows her name. Fans were thrown aback by Jam Jam's funny response, as the little girl loudly said, "Auntie Wonyoung!"

Upon hearing the remark, Wonyoung was visibly shocked, as she was indeed too young to be called an auntie. The idol then corrected the little girl to use "Unnie," which is a term for an older sister. Watch the hilarious clip here:

DIVEs reacted to the clip and expressed how amusing the interaction between Wonyoung and Jam Jam was. Many were left in stitches by Wonyoung's reaction, while others simply conveyed how adorable it was seeing them together!

In other news, Wonyoung was praised by netizens for her talent. On May 30, internet users established a community post titled, "Jang Wonyoung Really Became A Thousand-Year Idol."

The author then praised Wonyoung for her live singing skills, especially the idol's low register during live stages. The caption was also accompanied by a clip from X (Twitter), which showed Wonyoung slaying her lines in "HEYA" during a stage performance.

"Jang Wonyoung's live performance is so good that I feel like throwing up in a good way. She delivers a live performance that's better than the original version with her low-pitched voice. The way she sings 'tam-i-tam-ina' makes me think that I'm losing my mind."

In the post's comment section, fans had nothing but praises and compliments for the idol's talent. Some even commended Wonyoung's improvement despite her busy timetable.

  • "It's so nice to hear Wonyoung's low-pitched voice."
