The contestants were evaluated based on four major qualities of K-pop idols: dance, vocals, star quality, and personality.

Eventually, members Camila, Lexi, Kendall, Savanna, KG, and Kaylee completed the final lineup for VCHA. On January 26, VCHA officially made their debut with the digital single "Girls of the Year." Apart from the main track, it also contained a side track titled "XO Call Me."
