K-pop star Kim Jaejoong has opened up about a disturbing incident involving a sasaeng fan during an episode of MBC's 'Midnight Horror Story.''

Known for its spine-chilling tales, the show took a chilling turn as Jaejoong shared his encounter with obsessive fandom.

During the episode aired on July 19, Kim Jaejoong expressed his fear of people, particularly sasaeng fans, more than ghosts. Sasaeng fans are notorious for their extreme behaviour and invasive actions toward celebrities.

The idol recounted a harrowing experience where he woke up to find a sasaeng fan on top of him in his bedroom.

He was initially thinking it was a dream, but soon realized the unsettling reality of the intrusion.

Kim Jaejoong also disclosed that he faced persistent harassment from a particular sasaeng fan who would ring his doorbell daily.

When questioned by the police about their motives, the sasaeng fan revealed a disturbing desire to physically connect with the idol by touching surfaces he had touched.

The revelation has sparked widespread concern among fans and the public, raising awareness about the dangers and psychological toll of sasaeng culture on celebrities.

The episode of 'Midnight Horror Story' has prompted discussions online, with many expressing shock and sympathy towards Kim Jaejoong and condemnation towards Sasaeng behaviour.
