Madonna posts her first Instagram video, a new app introduced by Facebook that allows users to record 15 seconds of video. Her booty popping could even rival Miley Cyrus' twerking skills.

"Hard candy booty pop up class! Getting ready in the bathroom! NY here I come!" Madonna captioned her booty popping video filmed in her bathroom on June 20, NY Daily News reports.

The 54-year-old queen of pop practiced her dance moves, as she shook her derriere in her workout gear while repeating "booty pop, booty pop" multiple times over.

Another starlet isn't afraid to show off her booty popping skills, and that's Miley Cyrus. The 20-year-old singer's hit music video for her single "We Can't Stop" has been trending all over Twitter, in which Cyrus bends over and twerks, shaking her booty while a group of women watch her in amazement.

Cyrus also posted a video on Youtube of herself twerking to the song "Wop" in a unicorn onesie pajama outfit that went viral.

At a Juicy J concert, Miley jumped up on stage and did a guest performance, including - you guessed it - twerking, to the song "Bandz A Make Her Dance." She was wearing black-and-white striped pants and a black bralette.

In other twerking news, Britney Spears reached out to Miley to ask her for lessons.

E! News reports that on Tuesday, the pop princess tweeted a link to Miley's new music video and wrote: "Loving your new video for #WeCantStop @MileyCyrus! Maybe you can teach me how to twerk sometime LOL ;) xo"

Miley responded to Britney: "we could twerk it out in exchange for u teaching me da moves 2 "slave for you" (I've been practicing for the past 10 years)"

"I'm a Slave 4 U" was a huge hit for Britney in 2001, and the moves have been repeated in popular culture ever since.
