Free Games For Xbox Live Gold Members Arriving On 1st & 16th Of Each Month; Get Fable 3 Until June 30, Assassin's Creed 2 and Halo 3 This July

Free games for Xbox Live gold members are actually coming, as Microsoft already announced the schedule for the release dates of the giveaway games.

According to Joystiq report, Microsoft had already created the schedule for its free games offering for the Xbox Live gold members, which they called 'Games with Gold.' Every free game for the gold members will be due on the 1st and 16th of every month.

Eurogamer reports that there will be one game only available at a time, but after downloading the free game for free, it will be connected to the accounts as a past purchase. This means that the game can still be retrieved if you decide on deleting it.

The promotion was first announced during Microsoft's E3 2013 press conference as they revealed that there will be two free games for Xbox Live gold members monthly. This access to free games each month will be available until the end of the year.

During the E3 2013 press conference, Microsoft highlighted that free games for Xbox Live gold members starting July will include Halo 3 and Assassin's Creed 2.

The promotion site says, As our way of saying thanks for being part of this community, we're giving all qualifying Gold members two free Xbox 360 games each month for the rest of the year. Each specially selected, fan-favorite game will be available to download only for a limited time, so grab them before they're gone and keep them no matter what."

For the meantime, Fable III is currently offered by Microsoft as a free game for Xbox Live gold members. It can be seen through the game section of the Xbox 360. The free game Fable 3 is available until June 30 of this year only so those who are interested still have less than 10 days to get the title. This is a special treat for the Xbox Live gold members to kick off Microsoft's offering of two free games every month.
