The unofficial news are suggesting the the iPad Mini 2 release date is scheduled later this year before Christmas. The reasons for the delay of production and iPad Mini 2 release date were not announced officially yet, but an analyst from KGI Securities claimed that the launch schedule for the latest mini tablet from Apple will be later this year because of technical issues in the production process, instead of an earlier predicted schedule in August

The iPad Mini 2 price rumors are suggesting that it will be at around $225-$250, much cheaper than the original iPad mini pricing of $329. Slashing down the iPad Mini 2's price will definitely be even more favorable to Apple fans worldwide. The news about cutting down the iPad Mini 2 price came from a report by an analyst from Citi Research.

Aside from issues about the iPad Mini 2 pricing, there are also widespread iPad Mini 2 rumors about its specs. According to speculations, the iPad Mini 2 is going to feature a 2048 X 1536 screen resolution, which is four time higher than the first iPad Mini's resolution but similar to that of iPad 4.
