After months of not meeting as a complete group, BLACKPINK has reunited to celebrate their eighth Anniversary!At midnight on August 8, BLACKPINK surprised BLINKs (their fanbase) by unexpectedly livestreaming on Weverse with all four members to celebrate their eighth debut anniversary.

For more than 40 minutes, fans excitedly watched as the members of BLACKPINK caught up, as it had been a long time since they had seen all four members together in a live stream.

This unexpected reunion of the four members had BLINKs extremely emotional. Though it has been a long time since the four were seen together, people claim that they appeared as if nothing had changed and were just as close as ever.

During the live stream, BLACKPINK thrilled fans by singing "Happy Birthday" to celebrate their debut anniversary. A particularly memorable moment was when Rosé tried to blow out a candle but failed. However, her party hat fell, and she took out the candle for her! During the stream, Rosé expressed her gratitude, considering herself the luckiest person to have met all four members before their eighth anniversary.

Amid their lighthearted stories, the girls also discussed their individual projects. Jennie asked Lisa about the dance challenge for her solo song "ROCKSTAR." Meanwhile, Jisoo, Jennie, and Rosé shared their excitement for Lisa's upcoming appearance on the third season of HBO's "The White Lotus."

In a touching moment, Jennie mentioned that their ninth Anniversary might be a bit sad because this year had been so focused on the number 8. Jisoo quickly reassured fans by stating that BLACKPINK will have an 88th anniversary. It made fans emotional, reaffirming that BLACKPINK as four will always exist, even as each member pursues their career path.

During the stream, Jisoo humorously apologized to Lisa for breaking their promise by not adhering to the black-pink dress code. Rosé, although wearing black, was also not in pink, which still counted as a miss. Fans noted that Lisa was dressed head-to-toe in black and pink. On her Instagram Stories, Lisa revealed that the letters "BP" were embroidered on the back of her pants.

Following the live stream, BLACKPINK will attend a fan sign event celebrating their eighth Anniversary on the afternoon of August 8 in Seoul, Korea. This will be a rare opportunity for lucky fans to meet BLACKPINK, marking the first fan sign event since the promotion of their album "BORN PINK."
