KG Exposes Horrendous Details on Abuse, Mistreatment VCHA Suffered from JYPE Amid Lawsuit to Terminate Contract Instagram

From installing spy cams to overworking them, VCHA member KG detailed in a 77-page report how the JYP Entertainment staff abused and mistreated the group.

On December 8, KG took to SNS to announce her withdrawal from VCHA following a lawsuit she filed against JYP Entertainment to terminate her exclusive contract.

Here, she confessed that her departure stemmed from the mental and physical abuse she experienced from the label's staff. The idol also accused the company of child labor, overworking, and exhausting minors without proper compensation.

KG revealed that despite being paid only $500 weekly, she accumulated a $500k debt after staying in a $2.5M mansion they were forced to reside in.

In a 77-page document her lawyer submitted, it compiled evidence and testimonies about what JYP did to her and VCHA.

KG revealed that prior to their debut in September 2023, she lived a controlled life, obeying the strict schedules the staff tailored for her. She started a routine from 7:00 to 2:00 a.m., depriving a 17-year-old teenager of a social life or even enough sleep.

While promoting, the staff would ignore their mental and physical health, forcing them to skip meals to lose weight despite their strenuous training. KG also tore a tendon while dancing, but the trainer forced her to proceed without letting her recover.

This torment led a member to attempt to harm herself in February 2024 by taking 42 Nyquil pills, yet the staff concealed it by concluding it was only due to an eating disorder, which is "common." The members were instructed to lie and to say that it was food poisoning.

Worse, JYP also surveilled the VCHA by installing spy cameras, recording their private conversations, moves, and meals without them knowing.
