BLACKPINK's Rosé has made history by becoming the second K-pop act and first female K-pop artist to reach the top 10 on Billboard's Radio Songs chart, joining BTS as the only K-pop act to achieve this milestone.
Her collaboration with Bruno Mars, "APT.," has climbed to No. 7 on the Radio Songs chart. This achievement is particularly significant as radio has traditionally been a challenging format for K-pop artists to break into in America.
"APT." is now just the second song by a K-pop artist to be listed on Billboard's song chart. She has surpassed a record set by BTS when their hit song "Dynamite" peaked at No. 10 in 2020, according to Forbes. This means Rosé now has the highest-rising hit of all time by a K-pop artist.

APT.'s Chart Performance
The song's historic radio success followed a remarkable success across multiple Billboard charts. It maintained the top position on the Pop Airplay chart for multiple weeks, becoming the first K-pop song to reach No. 1 on that chart.
Additionally, "APT." peaked at no. 5 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart and spent multiple weeks in the top 10 of the Radio Songs chart.
"APT." was one of three potential songs Rosé sent Bruno Mars for collaboration. Mars allegedly showed interest in the song after learning it was inspired by a Korean drinking game.
