Bae Suzy Announces New Single 'Come Back' With First Teaser Photos

Her management revealed on Thursday that Bae Suzy will release a new digital single, "Come Back," later this month.

SOOP, the idol-turned-actress's management agency, revealed Suzy will be dropping "Come Back" on Feb. 17 at 6 p.m. KST. The upcoming single will mark Suzy's first digital single since she released "Cape" in October 2022 and "Satellite" in February 2022.

The announcement was accompanied by a series of black-and-white teaser images featuring Suzy wearing a white cardigan.

Bae Suzy's Music Career

Suzy's journey in the Korean music industry began in 2010 when she debuted as a member of the K-pop girl group Miss A under JYP Entertainment. The group released several singles and albums until its disbandment in 2017, which led her to launch her solo music career.

So far, she has released two EPs: Yes? No? in 2017 and Faces of Love in 2018. Suzy has also released several singles as a solo artist, including "Pretend" and "Yes No Maybe" in 2017, "I'm in Love with Someone Else" and "Holiday" in 2018, and "Satellite" and "Cape" in 2022.
In addition to her singles, Suzy has contributed her voice to numerous K-drama and film soundtracks, including those shows she starred in.

She has earned several accolades for her music, including Best R&B/Soul at the 2016 Melon Music Awards and Best Collaboration at the 2016 Mnet Asian Music Awards for "Dream."

Bae Suzy's Acting Career

Suzy debuted as an actress in 2011 in the hit television series Dream High, where she played Go Hye-Mi. She starred alongside other K-pop icons, such as Ok Taecyeon and Jang Woo-young from 2 p.m., Jung from T-ara, and IU. Her role in the 16-part drama series earned her the Best New Actress and Best Couple awards at the KBS Drama Awards.

She transitioned to the big screen in 2012 when she played Yang Seo-yeon in "Architecture 101," earning her the title "The Nation's First Love" in South Korea.
