BTS's J-Hope is set to make a comeback to the music scene months after he was discharged from mandatory military service.

A representative of Big Hit Music recently confirmed reports that J-Hope (real name Jung Ho-seok) will release new music in March.

While a specific date for his comeback has yet to be announced, his new song will mark his return to the industry after he was discharged from military service in October 2024.

It will also be his first solo effort since he released the six-track extraordinary album Hope on the Street Vol. 1 in March last year.

The announcement also comes nearly a month after J-Hope released a teaser video titled "Beginning of a New Dream," where he showed himself working on new music.

"New music on the way. 2025.03," the caption read.

Along with plans for a comeback, J-Hope also announced the launch of his "HOPE ON THE STAGE" solo tour, which will kick off at the KSPO Dome in Seoul on Feb. 28.

From March to April, the tour will include stops in Brooklyn, Chicago, Mexico City, San Antonio, Oakland, and Los Angeles. From April through June, he will return to Asia, specifically to Manila, Saitama, Singapore, Jakarta, Bangkok, Macau, Taipei, and Osaka.

Concertgoers can attend J-Hope's tour at the venue or in their homes through online live streaming.
