Matt Lauer confessed to Howard Stern on Wednesday that he finds Katie Couric "very attractive," less than a month before she admitted she had a crush on her former "Today" co-host.

"Every man in America was attracted," Matt Lauer said of Katie Couric.

"She's a very attractive woman, not only physically, but her personality. If she's a 9 or 10 physically, she's a 14 because ... she's got a great personality. She's fun."

"We had a good and easy chemistry," Matt Lauer added.

But the "Today" host isn't the only who expressed his attraction to his former co-host.

Katie Couric also confessed to Howard Stern in May that she had a crush on Matt Lauer in his previous career position.

"You know what? I actually had a little crush on Matt when he was the local news anchor on WNBC, because I thought he was so funny and so quick," Katie Couric told Howard Stern.

While both "Today" hosts have staunchly denied rumors of a clandestine love affair, Katie Couric and Matt Lauer have grasped the attention of fans who have followed their on-screen chemistry for years.

Matt Lauer also addressed what their relationship would have been like if their status as a couple would have solidified.

"She would have been knocking on my door constantly," Matt Lauer joked.

"She would have never left me alone."

Katie Couric has not responded to Matt Lauer's comments on her attractiveness, but has continued denying rumors about the couple having a love affair.
