Miley Cyrus talked about engagement rumors on 'Good Morning America' on Wednesday, leaving fans buzzing that wedding date plans with Liam Hemsworth might be near.

"I'm wearing a ring, so," the "We Can't Stop" singer said on the television show after being asked if wedding bells are in her future.

There was speculation that there would be, in fact, no wedding bells for the young couple after Miley Cyrus, 20, was spotted without her engagement ring in March while the 23-year-old Liam Hemsworth was in Australia filming "The Hunger Games," ABC News reports.

Her father, Billy Ray Cyrus, said he was not certain the two would wed, calling them "young" and "kids," during an interview on ABC's "Nightline."

But Miley Cyrus also talked about her music career and other performers in her age group.

"I feel like people need to know that we can't stop," she said on "Good Morning America."

"With everything going on [and] the world being the way that it is, I think people need to hear something that's inspirational but also it's just about having a good time.  I feel like anyone that's in my age group right now, that's all we're trying to do is just have fun and not stress out and not worry about being judged."

Miley Cyrus made headlines yesterday after posting a mysterious message on Twitter directed at her father, alluding to a possible affair the country singer might have been involved in.

Billy Ray Cyrus of his daughter have not commented on the issue.
