Colombia is ranked first within Group C with four points. The Cafeteros have two goals in their favor and two goals working against them. Colombia will play El Salvador after defeating Turkey, the host nation, 1-0 in Rize and tying 1-1 with Australia.

Although Colombia is considered to have an advantage in Friday's match, soccer analysts say El Salvador shouldn't be completely underestimated since they defeated Australia in their last match.

If El Salvador wins tonight's match and if Turkey falls to Australia, the Central American team will advance to second place within the group.
