Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively are trying to prove they are doing great in their marriage after reports that Ryan is controlling in their relationship. After Scarlett Johansson confirms that Ryan is a controlling husband,  Blake is sticking up for herself more and starting to wear the pants in the relationship...literally!

Wednesday, Reynolds revealed that his 25-year-old bride Blake Lively is the one who signs off on his wardrobe. But are these Reynold's attemps at proving he isnt domineering?

At the Barcelona world premiere of his new animated movie, "Turbo," Reynolds told "Extra" that his wife green-lighted his light blue shirt and coral tie, adding, "I would never walk out of the house without her approval."

Old reports claimes that Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively, who married last September, had hit a rough patch, with a source close to the pair revealing that things seem pretty tense.

The insider has blamed Ryan for the apparent friction in their relationship, claiming that the star has major control issues and was allegedly completely taking over his wife's life.

The mole had revealed that Reynolds halted Blake's work schedule, and had taken control over her outfit choices and was even believed to be "forcing" that Blake to work with him.

"Ryan was very loving and sweet to Blake before they married," a "friend" told In Touch magazine.

"But not long after they said their vows, his demeanor started to change," the source claims.

The well-placed source says that the actor's behavior had been reminding the Gossip Girl star of Katie Holmes' "toxic" relationship with ex-husband Tom Cruise, whom she divorced in 2012. "She's concerned. She can't keep living like this," they added.

Ryan's ex-wife and fellow Hollywood star, Scarlett Johansson, had revealed her biggest turn off in men is "controlling behavior". The pair married in 2008 before splitting in two years later in 2010.

"I don't like jealous behavior," she told Marie Claire, adding: "I don't mind an occasional check-in, but when somebody is passive-aggressively jealous, it's really unattractive because it shows a sort of insecurity. ... Oh, controlling behavior is awful. Nobody's going to say they love that."

Speaking on their split, she added: "Well, it wasn't that long ago. But I think I've had a fair amount of time to process the experience and be able to move forward. I continue to get to know myself better as I get older, and that helps me in my relationships."

Maybe Ryan has calmed down and now let's Blake take more control. Do you think they will work out?
