Brooke Hogan got engaged to Phil Costa on Saturday night in Las Vegas. Her mother and brother took to Twitter to congratulate her on getting engaged, but her father Hulk Hogan did not seem impressed, and tweeted a peculiar message Sunday morning.

Brooke, a former VHI reality star, posted a photo of the proposal on her Instagram page. The Las Vegas Paris Hotel's mock Eiffel Tower glows behind them, so it seems the couple got engaged on a balcony at the Bellagio, omg! News reports. Phil Costa, Dallas Cowboy football player, is down on one knee, presenting a ring to Brooke, whose hand is covering her mouth in shock.  

"Happiest moment of my LIFE," Brooke captioned the picture. "I am marrying my best friend. I wouldn't choose anyone else. I am so lucky and so grateful."

Brooke excitedly posted a few more pictures of the couple on Instagram, including a blurry one where Costa is putting the ring on her finger.

"I look scary but this is the face of total SHOCK," she wrote with the photo.

Brooke's younger brother, Nick, wrote an enthusiastic message on Twitter in all caps, on June 29: "MY SISTER IS GETTING MARRIED!!!!! CONGRATULATIONS BROOKEY!!!!!" 

Their mother, Linda Hogan, tweeted, "My Brooke is getting married!! Phil proposed to her last night!"

She also posted a romantic picture of the 25-year-old lovebirds looking over the balcony at the Vegas Eiffel Tower, writing, "The future Mr. and Mrs. Costa!"

However, Brooke's father, pro wrestler Hulk Hogan, does not seem to be as happy as the rest of the family. The Daily Mail reports that Sunday morning, he tweeted a peculiar message that could have been aimed at Costa, and expressed dissatisfaction with the engagement: "Where's the truck that ran over me twice? Hogan and Vegas doesn't work brother HH"

Brooke used to star with the Hogan family on VHI's "Hogan Knows Best" from 2005 to 2007. She then was on her own spin-off show, "Brooke Knows Best," which aired from 2008 to 2009, omg! News reports. Brooke and Linda have had a rocky relationship due to Linda and Hulk's marital problems, and in November 2007 the couple finally divorced after 24 years of marriage. 

Costa is entering his fourth NFL season with the Dallas Cowboys.
