Kate Stoltzfus’s modeling career has brought her to the gentleman’s magazine Maxim. The “Breaking Amish” star gets a sexy makeover to model for some skin-baring pictures. Say what you want about the Amish, but the evidence in Maxim shows that the healthy lifestyle of the rural community certainly keeps them in shape. Kate Stozfus shows off that healthy shape by baring her toned midriff in her new modeling shot.

The TLC series followed the Amish beauty as she left her religious community in rural Pennsylvania and came to New York. The aspiring model credits sexy toned body to her Amish background and lifestyle. Stoltzfus told the magazine, “There are definitely a lot of Amish women who have great bodies, because they work hard. They also eat really healthy, since they grow their own food. That's one big thing I miss about home, being able to garden and take care of plants."

The “Breaking Amish” beauty from Lancaster, Pa., had an exciting and eventful midseason episode last season when she modeled in a bikini during a photo shoot. She also visited the Museum of Sex along with reality show costars Sabrina, Abe and Rebecca.

Stoltzfus shed her clean-cut, scrubbed, bonnet-wearing Amish stereotype for the sexy shoot. It looks like she’s also shedding any reservations she might have had about stripping down. Stoltzfus was a controversial figure on the first season of the reality TV smash. The blue-eyed beauty even painted her striking face with bright red lipstick and wears her hair loose to frame her face and defined cheekbones.

She said "Before I had even signed a contract with a modeling agency, I did a test shoot to see if I could photograph well, and the first outfit they put me in was a bathing suit! I have to admit it was a little intimidating, but now I enjoy doing it."

Stoltzfus told Us Weekly that she may be moving away from the reality show and more in the direction of a full-time modeling career.
