Chris Brown: Deanna Gines Assault Never Happened; `Please Stop’

Chris Brown says the Deanna Gines assault never happened. Chris Brown and his layer both took to Twitter to brand the Deanna Gines assault as a figment of imagination. The police don’t seem to know that. They confirmed that an assault charge was indeed filed against Chris Brown.

Chris Brown shoved Deanna Gines at the Heat Ultra Lounge Nightclub, a hot spot in Anaheim, California, according to media and police reports. Chris Brown had just finished performing and was at the club having a great time. Breezy took a souvenir from the night, an ecstatic fan threw her panties to the stage. Witnesses said Brown was having a great night. Until he got to the VIP section.

Deanna Gines told TMZ that she was hanging with Chris Brown in the VIP section when Breezy heard the announcement for last call. Gines said Brown shoved her to her knees and that she might need surgery. She sent the gossip show pictures of her on crutches as proof. Gines says the push was deliberate. She filed a police report against the rap star over the incident. Cops are investigating.

Brown says the incident never happened. His rep Nicole Perna told TMZ, "I'm unaware of the incident, as is Chris' lawyer and his entire team. He was in a great mood after Powerhouse. None of this makes sense."

Chris Brown tweeted "[P]lease stop with the false stories. I don’t usually comment but I didn’t do anything. Had a great show at Powerhouse and a positive one."

Chris Brown has a history of violence with women. Oprah even did a show on it. Oprah said, "Give it some time ... heal yourself first ... love doesn't hurt, and if a man hits you once he will hit you again. I don't care what his plea is."
