Warlow True Blood: Season 6 Villain Revealed, Actor Rob Kazinsky Says He Learned He Was Killer Of Sookie Stackhouse’s Parents After Cast As Ben

"True Blood" biggest villain Warlow was finally revealed on Sunday night's episode of season 6 of the HBO series. Warlow was the killer of Sookie Stackhouse's parents and mentioned for the last two seasons, but his character is finally revealed in season 6. The actor who plays Warlow opens up about his character and the twist in the episode.

For those who watched the episode last night, Warlow has actually been disguised for several episodes. Warlow is Ben, a fairy who has been getting close to Sookie Stackhouse recently, Yahoo! News reports.

British actor Rob Kazinsky, who plays Warlow/Ben, admitted that he didn't know he was being cast as Warlow during his audition. He was given the role Ben, until one day he showed up to work and something was different.

"I didn't even know when I got the job that I was Warlow. I auditioned to play Ben and then I actually found out from costume, way after I got cast, that I was playing Warlow," Kazinsky told AccessHollywood.com.

The Rolling Stone reports that his costume rack one day read "Ben/Warlow."

"I got my phone out and called the producer and said 'Excuse me, but am I Warlow?' And he said 'Yeah, you are,'" Kazinsky said, The Rolling Stone reports.

Suddenly Kazinsky was no longer just playing Ben the faerie, the new love interest of Sookie Stackhouse, but now he was also playing one of the biggest villains of "True Blood," who killed Sookie's parents.

Kazinsky explains why producers decided to introduce Ben before revealing that he was Warlow.

"The idea was to create the character of Ben to earn her trust and then perhaps later on to be able to explain who he was and now, unfortunately, because of his own sense of conscience and generosity, he has been outed and fireworks are about to go off," he said.
