While Kim Kardashian and Kanye West still try to settle baby North West into her new home, Ray J decided it was great timing to issue a congrats to the couple for bring a new edition to the family.

This unexpected gesture is a random move from Kim's singer ex-boyfriend since he recently released the single "I Hit It First," a song all about him making the infamous 2007 sex tape with Kim and sexually conquering her way before West.

When "Access Hollywood Live" asked Ray J about Kimye and baby North West, Brandy's brother gave his best wishes.

“I have nothing but love and congratulations to everybody,” Ray J said.

Then the questions went from sweet to juicy when Ray J was asked about Kim's current lover Yeezy.

"Are you scared of Kanye?" asked host Kit Hoover.

"No. Big fan, big fan," the singer said about the rapper.

He was then asked by other host Michelle Beadle if the Kimye happy family would last.

"I really don't pay attention to it," said Ray J, being politically correct. "I try and keep it respectable from that end, but big fan."

Tonight the former "Moesha" star is hosting the finale of this season's "Bad Girl All Star Battle."
