It was revealed during the Sims Live Broadcast event, which took place on July 23, that Sims 3: Into The Future release date is going to be on October 22.

The Sims 3 Into The Future release date is finally announced and most definitely, all the 'Sims' from the US are delighted to hear that the 11^th expansion pack of the current edition of the simulation game will arrive on October. Aside from Sims 3 Into the Future, a movie stuff pack will also be released fall of this year.

Sims 3 Into The Future is the last expansion pack for the game and it will allow the players to send their 'Sims' into a futuristic world called Arcadia Landing, as reported by Hypable. With Sims 3 Into The Future, players can create their own 'Plumbots' through the new feature called "Create a Bot."  Each Plumbot can be customized using trait chips. A Plumbot can hold up to 7 chips, meaning there are lots of possible personalities to make.

The world will feature hoverboards, monorails, jet packs and a lot more. Futuristic decors and furnishings are also added for the Sims 3 Into The Future DLC such as glass floors, holographic televisions, and tube elevators.

New hairstyles and clothing are also available such as silver jumpsuits to fit perfectly well into the new world. Furthermore, several diversions outside the home were also added in The Sims 3 Into The Future. There is a shopping plaza to purchase new gadgets and apparel using automated vendors. New career options are also available such as astronomer or Plumbot dealer. Furthermore, Sims can explore 'the wasteland' and search for some relics.

Again, the Sims 3 Into the Future release date will be on October 22 but pre-order of the expansion pack is already available.
