Justin Bieber showed off his completed tattoo sleeve on his arm via Instagram, which was completed in New York City. The "Baby" singer now has 17 tattoos in total.

Justin Bieber posted a photo on Instagram of his completed tattoo sleeve. The sleeve was finished in the Big Apple at the legendary Bang Bang Tattoos, which has also hosted clients like Rita Ora and Rihanna, SheKnows.com reports.

According to the website, 19-year-old pop superstar simply captioned the photo of his inked arm with: "Art."

Many sources are speculating that the rose tattoo is dedicated to Bieber's ex-girlfriend Selena Gomez, EntertainmentWise.com reports. Justin gave the "Come & Get It" singer a single red rose for her 21st birthday, the website reports, and he attended her birthday party on July 27th, just give days before getting the rose design.

SheKnows.com reports that the tattoo took four long hours to complete, as the tattoo artist put the finishing touches on the sleeve on August 1.

Since turning 16 three years ago, Bieber now has a collection of 17 tattoos, The Daily Mail reports. Earlier this month, Justin debuted a tatt of his mother's eye in the crook of his left arm, according to the website. He posted a picture of the design, as well as the caption: "@bangbangnyc did this art ., Moms always watching ;)"

Maybe now Selena is always watching too!

Justin's other tattoos include one of a native Indian head logo of a Canadian junior ice hockey team, the word "Jesus" in Hebrew, a crown, and a seagull.
