Lauren Silverman, Simon Cowell's pregnant lover, had an affair with a well-liked, married teacher while she was just 16, classmates say.

Lauren Silverman, Simon Cowell's baby mama, was in high school when she had a sexual affair with the English teacher. Thus, Silverman has a history of dalliances with older men. And the teeanage Silveraman's sexcapades with the teacher didn't just happen once-they went on for months.

Silverman was just 16 when her affair at the Miami Country Day School, an exclusive private school, ignited scandal.

A former classmate told press, "They were having a two-month sexual affair. Everybody in the upper school knew what was going on. It was a huge deal, especially for a little private school."

Lauren Silverman allegedly slept with Steve Lewis, who was an English teacher and the junior varsity football coach, in his classroom after hours, among other places.

"I heard it happened a few times in his classroom after tutoring sessions," the former classmate told press.

Eventually, Silverman's mom found out about the affair and reported it to the headmaster-which is when things really blew up.

"They obviously tried to keep it under wraps, but we went to a very small private school," a source said. "It's impossible to keep it under wraps."

Lewis, the teacher, was kicked out of is position and had to leave the school-and Silverman wasn't far behind. She then transferred to the University School, located North of Miami.

Students were disappointed by the teacher being kicked out-he was a "cool, young guy who everybody liked," one ex-classmate said.

Lewis had to leave town-he went all the way to Helena, Montana. Lewis' father told The Mail that, "He had to leave town because of this bimbo! The only people who know the full details are Steven and the girl. Steven told me they'd asked him to resign.

Lauren was popular and flirtatious, friends said.

"It wasn't surprising that it was her," one former student told press. "Lauren was always the scandalous troublemaker, always chasing after older guys."

Silerman has a habit of "dalliances" with older men that end with sex scandals, rumors, and gossip....just as her affair with Simon Cowell did. This time, though, there's a baby involved, making the situation more serious.

Silverman's stepdad said her marriage to husband  and real estate mogul Andrew Silverman was "not happy" this week. He has filed for divorce.
