2NE1’s New Music Video Filmed at YG Yang Hyun Suk’s Jejudo Villa

The ever so popular 2NE1 revealed via YG Entertainment's official blog that they filmed the music video for their new song 'Do You Love Me' at YG representative Yang Hyung Suk's Villa in Jejudo.

On August 5, Dara posted on Twitter, 'Thank you so much to our boss Yang Hyun Suk for happily allowing us to film our music video and have a house party at his villa in Jejudo. We had a lot of fun and finished filming it successfully.' She said, 'We had so much fun to the point of making a mess! But we cleaned it up before we left. Many thanks to our boss.'

That day 2NE1 revealed a teaser on YG's blog of the music video that was filmed for their upcoming song, which is to be released on August 7. In the video you can see a one-minute clip of the girls playfully singing their new sing and dancing comically in the bathroom.

Specially to note is Sandara Park dancing around with her hair still in rollers, and Minzy who used a towel to dance about in a silly manner.

2NE1's new music video was filmed to give the feel of using a home video. On July 29 official Yang Hyun Suk said on his blog, 'Although we brought in foreign choreographers and finished practicing the dance moves, there was a setback in filming the music video with director Suh Hyun Seung.'

Yang Hyun Suk explained, 'Usually in these circumstances we would postpone the release of the new song for another two weeks. However that would have a domino effect on the other songs to be released and cause the schedule to be scrambled.' And that is why they decided to use an old-fashioned camera using the home-video technique to film their new music video.
