iOS 7 Release Date Most Likely September 19 [RUMOR]; One More Beta Version Until Gold Master Arrives

After the release of iOS 7 beta 5 download earlier this week, more rumors about iOS 7 release date sprung up. The fifth beta version of iOS 7 came this week as a surprise, since a lot of Apple developers were expecting the firmware next Monday, August 12 (based upon Google's tradition of two-week release cycle for iOS 7 beta downloads). This led many to think that Apple is making up for the lost time, because of the delay of the release iOS 7 beta 5 download due to a security threat.

iOS 7 beta 6 download is the next in line and according to speculations, it may arrive on August 19. The Gold Master version will arrive two weeks later on September 2. If this claim will push through, this would mean that iOS 7 release date could be slated for next month.

Most probably iOS 7 release date may be set for September 19, give or take a few days. It is assumed that it will arrive on the 19th because the final iOS 6 versions had its public launch on the same date last year.

But it is most certain that Apple could delay iOS 7 release date for another week so that it will be released several days before the Cupertino-based tech firm launches a next-generation iOS phone, the iPhone 5S, alleged to arrive early fall of this year.

Meanwhile, BostInno expects that iOS 7 release date will happen also this fall during an Apple event, together with a launch of another hardware device from Apple, which may either be a new model for iPhone or iPad.

iOS 7 is expected to bring a major overhaul on user interface and general appearance of the software and icons. Furthermore, some new features to find in iOS 7 are AirDrop, iTunes Radio, Control Center and the highly-rumored fingerprint sensor.
