"The X Factor USA" guru Simon Cowell has been very busy lately, what with cutting the prize money from $5 million to $1 million and scheduling an interview with Piers Morgan regarding his baby.

Regarding "The X Factor USA" prize cut, Highlight Press reports that Cowell feels the $5 million was "almost too much."

Still, Cowell promises "The X Factor USA" winner will still retain the $1 million prize and the Sony record deal to "become a number one priority."

But now the question is, how is he going to juggle "The X Factor USA" and his incoming baby with Lauren Silverman?

According to UnrealityTV, Cowell's baby news came just day before the press conference for "The X Factor USA" 2013 season. But, sources reports that Cowell will open up about his baby and relationship in an upcoming interview with Piers Morgan.

"His team want to make sure they get back on top of this and feel that doing a chat with Piers is the best way," says a source.

"Simon knows Piers won't go easy on him but they respect each other so he feels comfortable talking about what has happened with him. Once the lawyers have given the green light, both shows will be pre-recorded."

Interestingly enough, the interview will reportedly premiere right about "The X Factor USA" 2013 season premiere this fall.
