Minecraft Xbox 360 Update: Release Date Includes Double Map Size? 4J Studios Announces Changes For TU12

Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition developer 4J Studios has at last confirmed the final list of changes in the game's next title update, which includes maps with double the build height, EuroGamer reports.

NPC villagers can now have babies and you'll be able to decorate your house with the disembodied heads of enemies in Creative Mode while adding in support for texture packs, which will be available separately via the in-game store, EuroGamer also reports.

While 4J Studios has not revealed a release date for the game, Minecraft's Title Update 12 is coming sooner than you think as 4J Studios has announced they're in the process of finishing the update and will hopefully get it into Microsoft's Certificate Testing later this week, ÜberGizmo reports.

The submission of Title Update 12 to Microsoft will mean it could be just a couple of days until the update is officially released, leaving many to speculate online Title Update 12 will be released next week or at most, within 10 days, ÜberGizmo also reports.

Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition is implementing its final testing phase but an official release date has still not been announced amidst growing buzz over the trial version of the game's mash-up pack.
