Kendrick Lamar 'King Of New York' Title in Big Sean's 'Control': 7 Rappers Retaliate; Who Dissed Best?

Just when we thought Joell Ortiz said said it all in "Outta Control," a diss track in response to Kendrick Lamar claiming to be "King of New York" in his verse for Big Sean's "Control," more rappers have come center stage to voice their opinion on the Compton rapper's choice of words.

After Slaughter House rapper Ortiz laid down "Outta Control," lyricist like B.o.B, Lupe Fiasco, Fred The Godson, King Los, Astro, and Mickey Factz wanted in on the action.

The Georgia rapper B.o.B retailiated to Lamar's lyrics with publiczing the track "How 2 Rap." The flow is similar to Kendrick's "Swimming Pools" and Drake's on Migos' "Versace" remix.

"Now open your mind up and listen, you niggas," B.o.B. raps on the track. "I am the master, the guru, and after I school you, I'm skinning you niggas. You finished. I'm making chinchillas out [of] niggas. You should be embarrassed I'm thinking 'bout rapping. It's killing you niggas."

Chicago native Lupe Fiasco sounded off with the song "SLR 2." He gives praise to Jay-Z and Nas while suggesting that the "Poetic Justice" rapper is a youngster in the hip hop industry despite how far he has come.

“Now, we all heard what he said, but what he, means we dead, and that shit is insane. He so crazy, look at the little baby," rapped Fiasco. "Nigga you ain’t Nas, you ain’t JAY Z. But you will respect me, and you will reject, but I’ve done so much no matter how far you go, you will reflect me.”

Bronx rapper Mickey Factz, who is an affiliate of Lupe Fiasco, also took a jab at the recently self-proclaimed "King of New York" by releasing the single "South Park." While dissing Kendrick, Mickey implies that the Compton hit-maker is making a sad attempt at comparing himself to the late Tupac who was New York made and had major California love.

“You the king of New York? Beg ya pardon? The King of L.A. is dead and that nigga from Harlem!”

Fred The Godson, another Bronx made man, had to jump on the bandwagon with his track entitled "Say My Name." Seems like the lyricist is getting straight gangsta in this song as he threatens to take limbs.

"Sunny lost a finger and this little niggas ears can go," he rhymes.

P. Diddy's Bad Boy recording artist King Los also didn't want to be left out of the Lamar bashing. Besides calling himself "nice" when it comes to his craft, Los compared "Kill My Vibe" rapper to John Singleton's "Baby Boy."

"You just Jodi putting bikes together in your mans garage."

With help from a Statik Selektah beat, young rapper Astro also gave Kendrick a run for his money when voicing his stance in his new release "KONY."
"This goes out to the so called king of New York, this is the home of legends Lamar so watch how you talk ...you don't want the war to send you running like a faucet," raps Astro, warning Kendrick to be careful of what he says.

Then there was Joel Ortiz's "Outta Control" lyrics the public came quite familiar with the other day. "Nigga you ain't the King of New York, you the next thing on my fork."

Out of all these rappers, none of them were mentioned in Kendrick Lamar's "Control" verse.

"I'm usually homeboys with the same niggas I'm rhymin' with," Kendrick Lamar says on "Control." "But this is Hip Hop and them niggas should know what time it is. That goes for Jermaine Cole, Big K.R.I.T., Wale,Pusha T, Meek Mill, A$AP Rocky, Drake, Big Sean, Jay Electron[ica], Tyler[, the Creator], Mac Miller. I got love for you all but I'm tryin' to murder you niggas. Trying to make sure your core fans never heard of you niggas [and that] they don't want to hear not one more noun or verb from you niggas. What is competition? I'm trying to raise the bar high."

Will these rappers come out to play?
