While Miley Cyrus is disappointing parents and fans just down the block in Los Angeles, Yoo Seung Woo, child-like and innocent in his performance at M Countdown 'What's Up LA?' gave K-pop fans even more reason why the genre is awesome.  Showing his talent on the acoustic guitar, he opened the stage with a collaboration performance with American Idol finalist Hee Jun Han consisting of a medley of K-pop hits, acoustic-style.  After which, balloons, big and small filled the arena for his last song.  Wonder what it was?  Catch his performance on M!
