"Grey's Anatomy" season 10 is just around the corner, and fans are getting the first official trailer with new footage!

"He's going to die if we don't do anything!" shouts Dr. Bailey.

In the "Grey's Anatomy" season 10 trailer, we can see Cristina Yang, Bailey, Meredith, Derek, Owen, and Callie, as they wade through the 2-hour premiere. It's going to be a bumpy ride.

And while Sandra Oh has confirmed her exit after season 10, it seems "Grey's Anatomy" will likely see Patrick Dempsey return the following season.

"I think it's been very clear from ABC and also Shonda that she'll continue on with the show. You look at ER and it went on for 15 years and a lot of the original cast was gone from there. Because [our show is] such a procedural, I think it will continue to go on," says Dempsey according to Perez Hilton.

"If it's the right fit for all of us and everybody is happy and feels creative and productive, I think [me staying on] could work. It's been a remarkable ride to be here for 10 years."

While this is by no means a confirmation, it seems despite Dempsey's earlier lukewarm statement regarding working on "Grey's Anatomy," we may see a change of heart from the actor yet.

In addition, "Grey's Anatomy" season 10 will air 12 episodes in a row this fall without any breaks, and after the winter hiatus, will return with another 12 episodes, which will air consecutively as well!
