iPhone 5S Release Date 2013: Buyers Already Camping Outside Apple's Store In New York?

In a desperate attempt to get the first iPhone 5S units (or demand attention), several prospective buyers have started crowding the Apple Store in 5th Avenue, in New York.

In a photo released by MacRumors on Friday, a few dozen people have already situated themselves in front or near the Apple store 'just in time' for the September launch of the iPhone 5S and 5C. But while this seems like an odd news, it is certainly not new as far as Apple is concerned.

A year ago, hundreds of consumers lined up outside the same Apple store just to get their hands on the first iPhone that has a screen bigger than 3.5 inches. Now, it seems they want to buy the first iPhone that comes with the rumored fingerprint scanner.

Several reports have also confirmed that the iPhone 5S will come in two new colors - champagne gold, and graphite black. It will also have a new generation A7 chip, the iOS7, and a new and improved Siri.

While September 20 is still far away (exactly two weeks from now), no one can blame them for being 'too excited' to camp outside and wait for Apple's launch event.

In case you want to file a vacation leave just to line up together with these people, then make sure you pack your bags, and bring some blankets.
