Upcoming Windows Phone 2013: Nokia's 'First And Last' Lumia Phone Leaked, Features Resized Live Tiles

In recent years, the Windows Phone platform has gained little attention compared to heavyweights Android and iOS, and rightfully so. Aside from the clunky WP homescreen back then, it lacked a dedicated store where users can download or pay for apps and games.

However, that does not mean it didn't get ANY attention.

According to reports by BGR a month ago, Nokia's Lumia lineup has done well in emerging markets such as China and South America, mainly because of the decent design and lower pricetag.

And now, Nokia wants to followup its high-spec'd Lumia 1020, with an upcoming phablet - the first one in Nokia history.

Dubbed as the Bandit, the Nokia Lumia 1520 is rumored to be the first smartphone from the Finnish manufacturer in the tablet territory. Notorious leakster EVleaks posted a photo on Twitter showing an alleged overall look of the Bandit.

However, I suggest that you take this with a grain of salt as we have not yet received any confirmation from Nokia.

Aside from the 6-inch screen, other rumors about the Lumia 1520 include a quadcore processor, a lower 20MP camera, and a 1080p display.

The phablet is set to launch and be released this year.
