‘Thor The Dark World’ Plot [SPOILERS]: Loki NOT A Villain! Jane Foster Will Address Relationship With ‘God Of Thunder;’

In "Thor, The Dark World, the story of the God of Thunder continues. The conflict moves up from the sibling rivalry between Thor and Loki. Another awaited development is the relationship between Jane Foster and Thor.

An interesting development is Loki becoming less of a villain. Sure, he's still jealous and unremorseful about his actions, but when faced with a greater evil capable of destroying his home and his family, there is a hint of change of heart.

The description released by Disney: "Still arrogant and unrepentant, Loki sits in the dungeons of Asgard, with only his mother Frigga seeing any hope for him. But when an ancient enemy seeks the destruction of Asgard, Loki finds his loyalties tested."

Another big question in the Thor saga is the real status of the relationship between Thor (played by Chris Hemsworth) and Jane Foster (played by Natalie Portman). In the full description, the relationship was cut short, and Foster's absence in "The Avengers" movie did not go unnoticed.

Moviegoers were left to wonder if the character would still be relevant in Thor's life. The new movie will offer answers: "Jane Foster is an astrophysicist who met Thor when he was exiled to Earth by his father. The two had an intense attraction in the short time they were together, and through Jane, Thor learned the value of humility and the heroic nature of humanity. After being separated since Thor's first visit to Earth, Jane has moved on with her life... but now finds herself pulled into Thor's world once again by an ancient evil."

"Thor: The Dark World" opens in theatres October 30, 2013.
