LG G2 Verizon Release Date Sept 12, Price $200; Sprint Pre-Order Available Oct 11, Includes Free Quick Window Case

The LG G2 smartphone will be released soon to Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, and Sprint. The release dates, pre-orders, and prices all vary depending on the carrier, and we will break down the release date, prices, and pre-order information for you.

The LG G2 is coming to Verizon on September 12, the earliest release date out of all the carriers. The LG G2 will have a price tag of $200 for those who sign a new two-year contract with Verizon, DigitalTrends.com reports.

A perk of getting the phone with Verizon is that the carrier has exclusive rights to the built-in wireless charging feature, which LG was only able to offer through a separate case on other versions, Digital Trends reports.

AT&T will release the LG G2 in stores starting September 13, but online pre-orders start today, the website reports. Similarly to Verizon, G2 costs $200 with a two-year contract, but if you choose the AT&T Next program, which gives the option of upgrading for free after 12-months, then it's $27 per month with no down payment. AT&T has given the G2 an unlocked price of $575, according to Digital Trends.

According to Android Geeks, T-Mobile is already accepting pre-orders for the LG G2, but they will only ship the smartphone as of September 18. The T-Mobile G2 has a full retail price of $629, but you can also split the payment in 24 monthly installments of $21, after you pay $99 up front. You can pre-order the LG G2 from T-Mobile's website and pair it with any of the carrier's non-contract plans, Android Geeks reports.

Sprint is certainly behind the curve; the carrier has only just announced a pre-order for the G2, and it's October 11th, which is almost a month after AT&T and Verizon will have the phone on shelves, and two weeks after T-Mobile, Android Police reports.

Sprint hasn't announced an official release date for the phone, but stated in a press release that the LG G2 will come "in time for the holidays," according to Android Police.

On the plus side, the LG G2 will have the same $200 contract price with a contract, but if you pre-order the phone from Sprint, they'll include a free Quick Window case, Android Geek reports. The case's retail price is $50.
