"The Legend of Korra" Book 2 is just a few days away, and a brand new trailer has debuted on the Nickelodeon website, showing brand new footage along with some updated character bios.

"My name is Korra. I'm the Avatar," says Korra in the "Legend of Korra" Book 2 trailer.

One thing interesting to note is the Phoenix creature seen in the trailer, one that allows Korra to ride on like a mount. Is this a Phoenix spirit?

In addition, it looks like not all of "The Legend of Korra" Book 2 will reside in the Northern and Southern Water Tribes, as we also see the Fire Sages in the trailer.

Without question, this new "Legend of Korra" Book 2 trailer showcases just how epic the season should be!

In addition, some new character bio information have been updated on the Nickelodeon website.

As previously reported, Nick.com has updated the character bios to include Book 2 characters like Unalaq, Desna, and Eska. And now, a few more interesting tidbits have been included to provide more background information.

Here are some highlights:

--Tonraq was banished from the Northern Tribe by his father for destroying a spirit forest.

--Unalaq has had his sight set on Korra ever since it was discovered she was the next Avatar.

--Varrick is the inventor of the moving picture and believes himself to be a visionary director.

--Kya is the peacekeeper between Tenzin and Bumi.
