Pokemon X And Y Pokedex Update: Pyroar Leaked By IGN, Fossil, Gender Pokemon Unveiled!

Pokemon X and Y is just around the corner, and a slew of Pokedex updates have hit the web, including several new Pokemon of varying attributes.

Firstly, a pair of fossil Pokemon has surfaced on the CoroCoro October issue, and both are inspired by dinosaurs. Chigorasu is a Rock/Dragon dual-type and looks like a T-Rex, while Amarusu is a Rock/Ice dual-type with a slender body.

We can expect that one will be for Pokemon X while the other fossil will only be available for Pokemon Y, like in previous generations of Pokemon.

In addition, a new dog Pokemon is joining the Pokedex, only this white fluffer can be customized. According to translations by Serebii, Torimian can receive haircuts and hair colorings, much like the customization of the player!

And, as previously confirmed, Pokemon X and Y will include gender differences of varying degrees, and one such Pokedex addition is Nyaonikusu. Whereas the male is more of a supportive type Pokemon, the female is attack-oriented.

Does this mean it has a complete different set of moves based on its gender as well?

The most amusing Pokedex update, however, comes from IGN. It appears the website has accidently leaked images of a Pokemon X and Y Pokemon called Pyroar, and the current consensus is that it is the evolution of Litleo.

In total, 37 Pokemon X and Y Pokedex additions have been revealed in advance, not counting the Mega Evolution list that seems to be growing every week.
