Kristen Stewart News 2013: ‘Twilight’ Actress Paid $500,000 Cash To Chill With Arab Prince For 15 Minutes

Kristen Stewart news has not stopped circulating in the world for the year 2013, from his fallout with Robert Pattinson to being linked with Zac Efron. Regardless, however, the “Twilight” actress is raking in dough when it comes to gigs.

According to Business Insider, Harvey Weinstein let it be known during his “12.12.12” promotion of the Hurricane Sandy Benefit concert which was held at the Toronto Film Festival that the “Twilight” star earned a whopping $500,000 in 15 minutes.

Mr. Weinstein said that the star raised the money for the Sandy Benefit by just sitting next to a Mid-Eastern prince for just 15 minutes. Weinstein however stated that he was not at liberty to disclose the name of the prince at the press conference. To make things even better, Weinstein stated that the sum was delivered in advance and in cash to Madison Square Garden where the Chairman of the place locked it up immediately.

Apart from the quick money raised by Kristen, Harvey went on to also announce that Led Zeppelin were requested to make an appearance at the benefit to help raise more money. The band however could politely not honor the request. Business Insider reports that apparently he got a yes from Robert plant but a no from Jimmy Page, the band's original surviving members. He joked that Jimmy Page’s lawyer who he approached probably works for or is the devil. He then went to Hillary Clinton to see if she could get them to come but she too politely refused instead asking her husband Bill to give it a try. Jimmy still declined the request from Bill as well.

Still not deterred, Business Insider reports that Weinstein went straight to the top and asked Obama to give it a try but it was still to no avail. Despite all this, the benefit concert still went on to get an impressive $30 million.
