Drake, "Hold On We're Going Home" artist, wants everyone to know that he is not the emotional and lonely guy he is pegged out to be.

In an interview with Q Radio, Drizzy said he has had enough of being perceived as a sap.

"I’m so sick of people saying that I’m lonely and emotional, and associating me with this longing for a woman…Yeah, I hate that, man," said Drake. "It bothers me so much."

The rapper admits that his songs can get emotional, but that is where it ends.

" I do make music that makes you feel something," he said. "But I’m actually not that guy in real life."

Although he is not exactly where he wants to be in life, he assures that he is living good.

"I’m very happy. I’m not content by any means, I mean, I want to keep working, but I’m a happy person. I’m very excited," said Drake. "My life is constantly exciting. It’s not some sad, depressing story.”

Furthermore, the artist thinks he doesn't get a lot of praise in the industry because he is not outlandish like some of his fellow rappers.

“What bothers me most is sometimes I feel like I don’t get enough credit ’cause I’m not enough of a loose cannon," he implied. "People just want me to go off more and lose my composure. That’s not me. I’m a naturally poised individual, I don’t want to come out making mistakes.”
