Pink Cancelled US Shows For ‘Vocal Rest’; Songstress Hints That It Will Be Easier If She’s Allowed To Lip Sync

Pink has been put on 'vocal rest' after being forced to cancel two concerts this week.

Pink has cancelled two concerts this week to temporarily relax her vocal chords. Despite the cancellation of her shows, the 'Perfect' hit maker still expressed her gratefulness to her fans for their well wishes.

On her Twitter page, she wrote: "Thanks for all the support y'all. Not very dramatic- doctor just wants me on complete vocal rest for four days to heal. So I can kick ass."

She has similarly joked about her clever suggestion for her tour: "Both shows rescheduled and very quickly. Touring would be terribly easy if I lip synced. See you soon xo. (sic)"

Pink is currently in the U.S. for the 'Truth About Love' tour. Both of her supposed shows in Salt Lake City and Denver have been cancelled and rescheduled to October 29 and 30.

Apart from resting her voice, Pink is also very adamant with her fitness regime. Even if she loves to indulge in various kinds of food, she makes sure to work hard in regaining her pre-pregnancy figure: "I train five days a week for an hour and a half, plus rehearsals if I'm touring - but I eat a lot too. I like food and I like my wine, so I don't let it stop me from enjoying myself."

The songstress currently has a two-year-old daughter named Willow with her husband Carey Hart.
