Selena Gomez recently cried on stage while singing 'Love Will Remember' and many speculated that it was because of her ex-boyfriend, Justin Bieber.

However, the songstress says that her tears during her performance in Brooklyn, New York were for her fans. After her untimely meltdown, the 'Wizards of Waverly Place' actress posted a photo of herself clad in a Brooklyn shirt. The photo gives details to her crying episode:

"Completely heartbroken and pissed. Thank you SO much Brooklyn. I'll be stopping outside Letterman tomorrow to make it up if you can make it. I love you guys more than you know. Promise."

"Never ended such a beautiful show in tears because they wouldn't allow me to Instagram tonight,"  she adds.

According to reports, the original version of 'Love Will Remember' includes a touching voicemail that Bieber created for his then-girlfriend. When they parted ways, the voicemail was allegedly removed from the song.

While many are still hoping that the two will reunite, the 'Come and Get It' pop star tells the Associated Press that she has no plans to be committed again: "I've known [Bieber] for a really long time and we enjoy each other's company every now and then. But I'm definitely single and enjoying being that."
