Miley Cyrus is not exactly single as she claims. At least she doesn't want to be. Rumors are afloat that she's actually dating.

The rumored beau is Theo Jenner, a photographer who's actually the son of Rolling Stone magazine owner Jann Wenner. He used to date Liv Tyler.

Various magazines and entertainment sites have contrasting reports on the real score between Miley and Theo.

But they were consistent with certain facts. They had formed a friendship when Theo photographed Miley for Rolling Stone. Those were controversial photos wherein Miley was topless in some instances. (It doesn't seem so controversial now, though).

Miley invited Theo to watch "Saturday Night Live" which she hosted earlier this month. However, the famous twerker went straight back to Hollywood while Wenner stayed in New York. (Main source is E! Online)

Despite these facts, E!Online quotes a source that the singer is too busy promoting the new album and was even sick after the "Ellen" talk show appearance. A relationship is not her priority at this time.

On the other hand, Huffington Post quotes a source of their own(hopefully not the same one) who claims that Miley and Theo have been dating since the summer.

Radar Online also claims that a source confirmed that the two are actually dating. Quoting an 'insider,' Radar exclusively reported: "She's definitely dating him. Miley talks about how hot Theo is and how nice he's been to her. She's definitely completely in lust with him."

"In fact, the source tells Radar that Miley even snuck out early from her "Bangerz" album release party in New York City on Oct. 8 to meet with Wenner."

The insider quotes: "He didn't come to the release party, but she snuck out at one point and went and met him at The Plaza. She said she's never met anyone as sweet as Theo."
