Apple Fall Event 2013 – The Tech Company Names New IPad And More Powerful MacBooks

Yesterday was the announcement of the release of new MacBooks and iPads in the Apple Fall Event 2013. The tech giant revealed numerous new products and freebies including new laptops and the all new iPad Air.

The new generation iPad is boosted with a smaller, thinner and faster design that wowed the reporters and developers in the affair. Along with the new tablet, Apple also introduced a second generation iPad Mini which has now a retina display - feature customers were expecting the first time this product was released.

The new breed of tablets embraces a more powerful and faster A7 chip that surely beats the older generation models. Worldwide Marketing Senior Vice President of Apple Philip Schiller said yesterday that this move by the company is a remarkable leap for the advancement of gadgets.

"iPad created an entirely new mobile computing experience, and the new iPad Air is another big leap ahead. It is so thin, light and powerful, once you hold one in your hand you will understand what a tremendous advancement this is," said Schiller. "iPad Air with its 9.7-inch Retina display weighs just one pound and packs the incredible performance of iOS 7 running on a 64-bit desktop-class Apple A7 chip, and delivers all-day battery life in the lightest full-sized tablet in the world."

Alongside the iPads, new MacBook Pros were introduced in the event. The new laptops carry a new Haswell technology chips that boosts the computer's battery life and a Retina display that makes the display crystal clear.

"We've made the world's best pro notebook even better by adding more performance and even longer battery life," said the SVP of Worldwide Marketing. "MacBook Pro with Retina display continues to redefine the pro notebook."

The Mac Pro, Apple's newest desktop computers and the newest operating system, the OS X Mavericks were among the fresh addition to the Apple family were announced yesterday.

The company also publicized a lot of freebies for consumers to download. The new Mavericks, iWork and iLife, which also receive huge updates, are given by the company for free.
