There are Jamie Dornan dating rumors and stories popular online now that the actor has be chosen to play the lead role of Christian Grey in the movie adaptation of 50 Shades of Grey.

According to E!, Dornan met the Pirates of the Caribbean star back in 2003 during a photo shoot in New York City. Their relationship was mostly kept away from the media. The couple split in 2005.

As a musician, he used to be part of a folk band called Sons of Jim. The band members went their separate ways in 2008. 

The Irishman is best known for his role as Axel von Fersen in Sofia Coppola's movie Marie Antoinette, where he starred with Kirsten Dunst. Dornan is also known for playing the part of Sheriff Graham Humbert in Once Upon a Time, an ABC network television show. He also plays the role of serial killer Paul Spector in The Fall, a BBC drama series.
