Kim Kardashian Post-Baby Weight Loss Criticism "Hurt Her Soul"

Kim Kardashian has admitted it "hurt her soul" when people criticized her weight after pregnancy.

"Pregnancy for me was a lot tougher than people saw on my show or from magazines," Kim said.

Kim, 33, continued: "Every day I would hear people criticise me, and it would affect me.

"Little by little, it would chip away at my soul. I wanted to tune out the media and my public life and ignore it all."

How did she lose the weight? Atkins, she recently revealed.Still, Kim looks fabulous now--as evidenced by a sexy photo she Tweeted last week.

After giving birth to North West in June, speculation has been swirling about how Kim will lose her post-baby weight. Kim lost a lot of weight fast-and she's revealed her diet secret on Twitter.
Kim responded to a fan on October 13 who asked her how she's lost so much weight after giving birth:

US Weekly reported, "In August, Kim got frustrated because she hit a plateau, even though she was eating mostly proteins and veggies. Kim eliminated carbs completely. She's working out here and there, but it's mainly about the food, Atkins-style."
