According to the New York Post, Andrew Garfield was recently spotted looking at two- and three-bedroom homes at The Printing House at 421 Hudson St. in the West Village in NYC.

Filming has wrapped up for "Magic in the Moonlight" in the south of France, according to the New York Post, and perhaps Emma Stone moving back to NYC with Andrew Garfield means that he's looking for an apartment that's big enough for the both of them.

One apartment Andrew Garfield looked at in particular was a three-bedroom, 2½-bathroom unit, asking $3.895 million.

The apartment comes with double-height ceilings and amenities including a rooftop pool and sundeck. The building also offers free doggy daycare from Biscuits & Bath, which is definitely a plus for Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone, who are often spotted in NYC walking their dog.

The building also offers complimentary free passes to the nearby Children's Museum of the Arts. The building is also capped by its own Equinox Fitness branch, The New York Post reports.

Andrew has been dating his "Spider-Man" co-star Emma Stone since 2011.

They were last spotted together in London, where Emma met up with her UK-born boyfriend to celebrate his 30th birthday in August.
