Pauly D custody battle with the mother of his five-month-old daughter continues as Amanda Market wants peace, though the former "Jersey Shore" star said she wants money.

When paparazzo asked Pauly D if his baby-momma wanted fame and fortune, "he said yes, 100%." These comments stem from the custody battle that he wants to see his daughter, Amabella. The man who made GTL famous wants full custody of his child.

Pauly D told the paparazzo that the lawyers are currently talking and that he has yet to see his child since her birth. The custody battle could last a while though, Pauly D said "I want to give the baby the best life she ever had."

When Amanda Market was interviewed by TMZ, she told the show that both were shocked when they found out she was pregnant. She admitted to TMZ that they had unprotected sex for their one-night stand in Las Vegas over a year ago.

"I would hope that no one would ever want to take an infant away from her mother, and I'm hoping that she can have 2 parents in her life that can get along together."

According to a Florida police report, he was busted for DUI after a car accident, and police say they found him at the scene with bloody needle marks in his arm, and methadone pills -- commonly used to treat heroin addicts.

Market's co-counselor told TMZ that a restraining order is in place, protecting both her five-year-old boy and Pauly D's daughter.

Fellow star from "Jersey Shore," Vinny, told a paparazzo that he knows Pauly will make a great dad and that he's the one that kept him sane throughout this whole process of becoming famous from the reality-TV show.
